Gro Ellen Mathisen is Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and professor in HR and organisational psychology.  She has published articles about creative work climates, creative leadership, creative self-efficacy, work place harassment, group dynamics in corporate boards of directors and psychosocial risks at work. She has seven years experience from a large oil & gas company holding advisor, leader, and manager positions within HR and HSE. Gro Ellen has extensive experience with presenting research to many types of audience.
