Paramedical students in their third year of study and nurses from the municipal health service participated in a joint training day. The central learning objective was communication between several agencies in the emergency chain. This was elucidated through four separate case studies.
Students from different study programs across UiS were invited to engage in a challenge-based learning activity, aiming at generating new ideas for developing the future hotel.

The Faculty of Health Sciences at UiS organized the course “Simulation-based learning in nursing education” from April 17th to April 21th, where nursing students from Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway participated.
"UiS was the only University which offered Master of prehospital critical care. Also as a matter of fact, Stavanger has a nice weather as well as a nice beach" says Mona Rafiei.
"During my bachelor I realized that I wanted to learn even more about business and leadership which is why I pursued the master program, and I have not regretted my decision".

Despite having a non-IT background, the combination of engineering and IT skills provided by the Computational Engineering programme paved Habib Ullah's way to work in the IT industry.
