Dmitry Arseniev

Fagott - hovedinstrument

Dmitry Arseniev har vært ansatt ved Fakultet for utøvende kunstfag siden 2014. Han er utdannet ved Special Music School of St. Petersburg State Conservatory (Russia), Music College of Moscow State Conservatory (Russia), St. Petersburg State Conservatory (Academy) og tok tilslutt Postgraduate Diploma ved Institutt for musikk og dans i Stavanger i 2014.

Dmitry har sitt daglige virke i Stavanger Symfoniorkester, men har spilt i flere orkestre i Russland og Finland, bla. Kymi Sinfonietta Kotka, Finland, Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra (conductor Valery Gergiev) St.Petersburg, Russia, St.Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra (conductor – Yury Temirkanov) Russia,Philharmony of the Nations,Conductor – Justus Frantz og flere. Han har også vunnet flere internasjonale priser.


Bassoon - principal instrument

Dmitry Arseniev has been employed at the Faculty of Performing Arts since 2014. He is educated at Special Music School of St. Petersburg State Conservatory, Music College of Moscow State Conservatory, St. Petersburg State Conservatory and took a Postgraduate Diploma at the Department of music and dance in Stavanger in 2014.

Dmitry currently works in the Stavanger Symphony Orchestra but has performed with several orchestras in Russia and Finland; Kymi Sinfonietta Kotka, Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra (under Valery Gergiev), St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra (under Yury Temirkanov), Philharmony of the Nations (under Justus Frantz) and more. He has also won multiple international awards.
