How to get to the conference

As the conference will start at lunch Wednesday 13th, it allows participants to arrive by direct flights from the UK (Aberdeen, Newcastle and London), Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Oslo and Bergen in the morning.

Those who would like to arrive earlier may do so as we have hotel rooms reserved. The conference program closes Friday 15th in the afternoon, so those who want to leave may do so with the afternoon flights to Europe and UK. Those who would like to stay at the hotel may do so as we have booked also for Saturday 16th, or longer.

The airport is a moderately large one, and easy to handle on arrival and departure.
Waiting time for luggage on arrival is usually less than 20 minutes, and there is tax free for wine, spirits, chocolate and cosmetics both on arrival and departure, as well as an ATM for withdrawal of the local currency, Norwegian kroner. (The major credit cards are accepted in shops, restaurants, hotels and taxies.)

Check-in before departure should be 1 hour before departure on international flights.
