After a successful visit to our collaborators in Denmark earlier this spring, a group of researchers from The Danish Hydrocarbon Research and Technology Centre decided to visit us at The National IOR Centre of Norway, UiS.
After IOR NORWAY 2016, 30 researchers gathered for a one-day workshop on 4D seismic and history matching.
The first ever Skjæveland Award was presented at IOR NORWAY 2016. 24 PhD students participated with posters, and after two long days of evaluating the candidates, Irene Ringen stood out as the winner. Congratulations!
The second conference hosted by The National IOR Centre of Norway was held April 26-27, with a related workshop on April 25. Despite the bad times in the oil industry, close to 300 participants joined the conference.
