In this lecture the recent oil and gas findings and the future potential for activity in the Arctic region are discussed. The existing subcontractor networks and efforts towards cluster developments in Northern Norway are revealed.
The lecturer elaborates on the opportunities for R&D partnerships and discuss how open innovation principles could be implemented for successful concept developments in this region.
