Early Registration on or before 15th June 2008
Registered delegates wishing to cancel their participation at the Eecera 2008 Conference will have their full registration fee refunded, minus an administrative fee of € 100 (One hundred EUROs), provided written notification is received by the Conference Secretariat before 1th August 2008. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Paper Presentation
Presenting authors must be registered at the Conference by 1st July 2008, at which time the Conference Proceedings need to be submitted to the publishing house. Failure to register within the set deadline may jeopardize the publication of their paper(s).
Conference Fee is EUR 460 / EUR 350 from June 15th. Prices are shown in EUR but are paid in NOK
