Should you apply as a local or international applicant?
Applicants who live in Norway and have a Norwegian ID number (fødselsnummer) must apply as a local applicant through local admissions, regardless of citizenship and educational background.
Applicants with a citizenship from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland or Iceland also need to apply as a local applicant.
Local applicants who apply as an international applicant through the International Office will not be considered.

Applicants without a Norwegian ID number (except citizens from Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland) must apply as an international applicant through the International Office.
