There is a growing awareness at the University and its faculties of the benefits of internationalisation of the curricula.
In addition, UiS has researchers, lecturers and administrative staff who will do everything in their power to help students leave UiS secure in the knowledge that they have a greater understanding of themselves and that they have learnt something that is relevant to their future careers.
The University of Stavanger has about 8000 students and 1100 employees. UiS is also privileged to have a number of research institutions in the University’s immediate vicinity. A close co-operation with these academic and research partners is a mutually beneficial one.
