Food and beverage management – two-year diploma programme


The aim of the two-year programme on food and beverage management (120 ECTS) is to qualify students as able, decision-oriented and service-minded managers of restaurants, catering establishments, bars, banqueting rooms and the like.

The course has a strong focus on the industry and on food science, with weight given to management subjects relating to organisation, administration, finance, marketing and sales.
