Composition and arrangement

Composition and arrangement is a six-month course (30 ECTS) which extends over two semesters.

It embraces the following main subjects: free composition, instrumentation for conventional ensembles, and follow-up/encouragement of the student’s personal musical preference. It builds on completion of a three-year basic course at a conservatory of music/university college.

However, people who have not completed such a course are welcome to apply if they can document an acceptable level of accomplishment. This means, for instance, submitted works (CDs, scores) or the highest grade in corresponding music studies.
