Mathematics – one-year programme
The programme (60 ECTS) aims to provide an introduction to selected key topics in pure and applied mathematics, and is taken over two semesters.
It can also be taken over two years, for instance, because it comprises a number of small units with separate examinations. The one-year programme in mathematics provides a good basis for further science studies.
Mathematics - bachelor program
This three year program aims to provide a very good knowledge in mathematics. The study program covers central subjects like discrete mathematics, vector analysis, differential equations, power series method to solve ordinary differential equations, fundamental algorithms and concepts like linearization , the history of mathematics. The program consists of obligatory courses, electives and a project thesis.
