Summary

My research has primarily been within the fields of work and organizational psychology and health psychology, more specifically on sick leave, workplace interventions, stress, health and coping.

Currently, I work on developing, implementing and evaluating a leadership intervention on patient quality and safety in primary health care (the SAFE-LEAD Primary Care project), using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
