Ingrid Djupegot is a PhD candidate at the Norwegian School of Hotel Management, University of Stavanger. She received her Bachelor degree in Nutrition, Food and Culture from the University of Agder and later completed a Master's degree in Public Health Science at University of Agder. Her research interests include nutrition, food, public health, consumer behaviour, choice architecture and nudging.
