Seth is a Ghanaian and currently a Research Fellow/PhD Candidate specialising in Leadership, Organisation and Management at the UiS Business School, University of Stavanger.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil in Human Resource Management) Degree; both from the University of Ghana.
He is also an occasional reviewer for peer reviewed journals including Leadership and Organizational Development Journal, and International Journal of Organizational Analysis.

Seth is currently working on consumer perspectives in the Norwegian health sector. He focuses on improving quality health care by examining adequate assessment of patient experiences and the possible implications for organisational factors such as leadership and management issues, and hospital organisation.
Seth has worked as a Research Assistant, a Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Assistant at the University of Ghana Business School, University of Ghana, since 2014.
