Arbeidserfaring

Rune has 15 years experience working in UK higher education. He is the editor-in-chief of Journal of Change Management (Routledge), one of the founders of Public Leadership Foundation (The Netherlands), and works closely with industry on questions related to leadership and change. With a PhD focusing on the essence of leadership he is looking to develop a deeper understanding of leadership and how we can better develop, support and utilise this essential activity.
