Forskningsområder

My primary research interest is Signal and Image Analysis, particularly Medical Image Processing, Medical Signals and Image Acquisition, Statistical Analysis of Medical data. 
Presently I am involved in the following projects:

  • Estimating coronary flow reserve using angiography imaging, Collaborators: We estimate the velocity of blood flow in coronary arteries using angiography video sequences.
  • Estimating the blood pressure in femoral artery using CT-Angiography.                 
  • Detecting the synaptic vesicles using electron microscopy imaging
