The Comenius Association aims to develop intercultural competence in training future European teachers, exposing them to otherness and offering them tools to understand and appreciate other cultures.
The Association engages in a number of different projects, among them are International Weeks, Erasmus exchanges, Erasmus Intensive Programmes and centralized multilateral projects. Every year representatives of member institutions meet at Klingenthal castle in France for the spring conference, and in one of the member institutions for the autumn meeting.
We have been a member of the association since 2004, and since then we offer a 20/30 ECTS Erasmus exchange course programme in Comparative Educational Studies for international students. We also provide Comparative Educational Studies for our outgoing exchange students.
