Upon completion of the course, the student will have a good knowledge of the audiovisual narrative in order to be able to create and carry out their own exam film. He/she should have an understanding of how one creates and uses the various audiovisual tools within the fields of cinematography, editing and sound.
The students will learn to use their knowledge throughout practical work and develop their craft within the fields of cinematography, editing and sound. The student should be able to complete an audiovisual production from the planning stage to the finished film.
After completing the course, the students will have acquired basic theoretical and practical knowledge of, as well as an understanding of the audiovisual narrative as a subject. In addition, he/she will have learned how to work in a team and relate professionally to his/her professional task.

Method of work
The students should be aware that subject matters discussed in the classroom and in workshops are also relevant subjects for the exam.
The students should also be aware that this is a time-consuming study. Therefore it might be difficult to combine studying with work.
