Getting to the vaccination centres

Do you want to take the covid-19 vaccine, but wonder how to get to the vaccination centres in Stavanger and Sandnes by bus? We give you an overview here.

You can easily get to the vaccination centres in Stavanger and Sandes by bus.

Stavanger: Forum Expo

Buses number 6 and 7 go directly from campus to Tjensvollskrysset, where the vaccination center is placed. The bus ride takes about ten minutes. .

Sandnes: Gravarsveien 34 in the city centre

Buses number 6 and X60 go directly from campus to Sandnes bus terminal. The bus ride takes about half an hour. The walk from the bus terminal to the vaccinaton centre takes about nine minutes.

You can take a drop-in vaccine

You can dop by the vaccination centres to take your first covid-19 vaccine.

In Stavanger the vaccination centre is open for drop-in and pre-booked vaccines from 8 am–2 pm and 3.30–9 pm from Monday to Friday. There are pauses in the vaccinaton between 11 am–noon and 6.30–7.30 pm. Those born after 2003 cannot do the drop-in-vaccine.

In Sandnes you can take the drop-in og pre-booked vaccine Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9 am–2 pm.
