Karla Vanessa Barreto Del Manzano Trobamala from Mexico got her master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Stavanger Business School, majoring in Strategic Marketing and Analytics. She now works at the Norwegian clothing company Helly Hansen.
I am from Mexico and arrived in Norway in August 2019. I now work at Helly Hansen as a demand planner assistant in Oslo from the first of June of 2021.
I am very much satisfied with my education at the University of Stavanger, and I like how the students have a voice and are heard by the school. The Strategic Marketing and Analytics major is a very rich programme to enhance your marketing and analytics skills.
Stavanger is a great city for study. A friendly city for foreigners, with a low unemployment rate and good quality standards. To me, Stavanger is amazing.
Now that I live in Oslo I can compare and say that Stavanger is a great city for studying. Low bus prices, friendly city, all are reachable by bus in not too much time. The surroundings are amazing, super green compared with Oslo, and the weather is not that drastic.
