The course contain themes on an advanced level in natural gas technology, leading the candidate to the research front in his/her specialty.

Learning outcome

After completing the course, the students should have acquired knowledge leading him/her to the research front in his/her PhD topic.

The course will be evaluated based on a written report and an oral presentation based on the written report. Only pass/fail will be given.

Method of work

The student should write a report, with references to the literature, covering the scientific themes in his/her assignment for the future PhD work. The student should present this report to an audience of his/her supervisor, invited faculties and others, for further discussion and debate/defense.

The work is graded as a whole: report, presentation and discussion.
