Ilghar Azarmanesh is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Gender Studies.

Ilghar is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Gender Studies, and her PhD project is part of the NFR research project Caring Futures.

The hybrid seminar will take place in the HG R-401 meeting room in Hulda Garborg’s Hus and can be attended online on Teams.

Working title of the thesis: Imaginaries of Caring Robots in Science Fiction: New Horizons of Care and Ethics Beyond the Human World
