Many organizations justify digital transformation with improved decision-making. In his Ph.D. thesis, Thorvald studied the design of knowledge-based collaborative decision-making in networks of organizations. In Lunch & Learn, he will share some of his findings. The starting point was the investigation of integrated operations for maintenance and modifications in offshore oil and gas. The key to success can be found in the human factor. How do we design responsiveness in a complex, dynamic and uncertain world?

The seminar is digital and takes place on Wednesday, December 1st, from 11:30 - 12:00.

There will be a short introduction and an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation.

The webinar takes about half an hour, so participants may use i.e. their lunch break for professional replenishment.
