About the Study

The study is based on a barometer design and examines Norwegian employees over time. It focuses on positive organizational psychology, such as change management and innovation, as well as more challenging mechanisms like bullying and burnout.

Board Meeting

Following the presentation, CIAM will hold a board meeting. This meeting has a professional component with two presentations before transitioning into the board meeting. Each member company has one representative with voting rights, but multiple attendees from each company can participate to learn about the year's activities and become more familiar with CIAM. The meeting will begin at 8:00 AM and is expected to conclude well before 12:00 PM. The tentative program for the day is as follows:
