CIAM invites member companies and alumni from the master's program in Industrial Asset Management to participate in a workshop on quality improvement.

CIAM is involved in the Edu4QI project together with the Polytechnic University of Gdansk. The aim is to develop a course in quality improvement (10 credits).
The intention is that such a course, when completed, can be used in master's studies, and can be completed in modules or as a complete course for companies. Some of the modules have been developed by CIAM and some by the Polytechnic University of Gdansk. The final version of the course will be available in autumn 2023.
We have a preliminary prototype ready, and want to test it. It will be in a compact version over two days and the participants will receive a course certificate. Participation is covered by the project since this is a test of course content and method.
The course contains the following modules. Each module is estimated at approximately 20 hours per module with lectures and assignments, but this will be a compact edition. We will place the most emphasis on the modules that are considered most relevant to the course participants, but will visit all modules.
