Change of standard sharing rights
Default sharing permissions in Office/Onedrive/Teams will be restricted.
Today, the standard sharing setting in Sharepoint/Onedrive/Teams is set to "People in Universitetet i Stavanger". This applies to files that are shared with the "share with" function. A consequence is that when you share a file, everyone who knows the sharing link will have editing access; no distinction is made between staff and students.
There is a risk that a link will be copied and that too many people will have access.
Standard sharing settings will therefore be changed from 8.4.24. Previous permissions will not be affected by the change
