Drop by the library to join our language café.
We invite you to come to the library to practice your Norwegian. Over a cup of coffee, or tea, you can speak Norwegian in a group led by a native Norwegian speaker. Lets talk about all of the questions you might have about Norway and Norwegians.
This is your chance to use and practice Norwegian in a laid-back and informal setting.
You can be a beginner or an advanced learner or something in-between – the conversations can be adjusted to your level.
The café is free of charge and there is no sign up in advance, however there is limited space, so come early if you want to practice your Norwegian!
All international students and staff at UiS who have some knowledge of Norwegian are welcome to join the language café. This is an opportunity to practice Norwegian together with other students and Norwegians.
The language cafés are on Wendesday at 3.30pm – 5pm on:
