Major in Strategy and Leadership

All organizations are expected to be sustainable, they have to develop and sometimes transform due to changes in the world economy. They have to cooperate and form partnerships with other organizations to meet new demands, while they care for a number of different stakeholders.

Digital technology provides a lot of business opportunities, and the claim is that all businesses need to digitalize or die. Technology enables new business models, new products and services, and new jobs are created. However, jobs are also destroyed, businesses and industries are disrupted, some win, others lose. There are many threats associated with the introduction of new technology. How will a sustainable and responsible professional organization develop, how can it utilize the digital opportunities, and how can it avoid the negative outcomes?

This is ultimately about leadership and strategy, and you will be able to take a lead on this important journey.
