Bio
I am a PhD student in the public sector PhD scheme (NRC), employed by the municipality of Stavanger and affiliated with UiS. I have been a teacher and student supervisor for many years, primarily in lower secondary school, and I am researching teacher collaboration in primary and lower secondary schools. Furthermore, I am involved in the university school system, and I am generally interested in school development.
