About me
I am an Associate Professor of Service Management at the University of Stavanger. My academic interests lie at the intersection of working life, technology, and sustainability, with a particular focus on how digital change affects people, organizations, and safety. I am affiliated with the UNESCO Chair on Leadership, Innovation and Anticipation as a Chair Associate.
My research
My research focuses on psychosocial aspects of working life, work environment, leadership, and safety, particularly in high-risk and knowledge-intensive organizations. I also research digitalization, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, including how new technologies influence leadership, employee performance, well-being, and decision-making processes. A recurring theme in my research is sustainable organizational development, responsible leadership, and innovation, in line with UNESCO’s values.
Academic background
I hold a PhD in Management from the University of Stavanger and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wrocław. My academic background is complemented by further education in statistics, advanced quantitative methods, and artificial intelligence. I have extensive experience in interdisciplinary research environments and actively participate in national and international research projects.
