Bio

Rune Todnem By, Ph.D. is Professor of Leadership at University of Stavanger Business School where he delivers on the Executive MBA and MSc Business Administration programmes. Following 15 years in British academia he returned to Norway in 2019 to continue his scholar-practitioner work on leadership and organisational change with a particular focus on contributing to reframing theory and practice to better address 21st century challenges. Rune is editor-in-chief of Journal of Change Management (Routledge) and a member of the UNESCO Futures Literacy network.
