Students with citizenship from outside of the EU/EEA and Switzerland are required to pay the tuition fee at the University of Stavanger. For the academic year 2025/2026, the following rates apply.
Students with citizenship from a country outside of the EU/EEA and Switzerland are required to pay tuition fees at the University of Stavanger. The tuition fees will not affect students who have already started their studies before autumn 2023 or exchange students from partner universities.
From 2023, all applicants to studies at the Faculty of Performing Arts are required to upload a valid passport or national ID card to confirm citizenship. This is due to the introduction of tuition fees for applicants with citizenship outside the EU/EEA or Switzerland.
Students from outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland are required to pay tuition fees at the University of Stavanger. The tuition fees will not affect students who have already started their studies before autumn 2023 or exchange students from partner universities.
