We take reading and concentration challenges seriously. Join us for focused reading sessions in the weeks leading up to your exams.
Bring a textbook, course reading, or academic article. We begin by setting goals for the session, then read in Pomodoro intervals: 25 minutes of focused reading followed by a 5-minute break. At the end, we wrap up with a short reflection and summary.
You will also receive guidance on effective reading and note-taking strategies tailored to your needs. In addition, the library offers individual support with academic writing.
Who is it for? All students are welcome.
What to bring: Bring a printed textbook or course text, a notebook, and something to write with.
Language: Norwegian or English - we adapt to the participants.
Location: The Study Lab, located on the lower floor of the library.
Format: You will work with your own printed course material using study techniques and strategies. The session is completely screen-free.
No registration required.
