If you are going to participate in an ECIU University challenge or micro-module that is taking place abroad, you may be eligible for financial support of your stay.
Challenges and micro modules
You may receive funding for your participation in an ECIU University challenge or micro module taking place abroad.

Application procedures depend on the lenght of the physical mobility and the amount of ECTS awarded for the activity.
Please fill in this online application form at least 1 month before the start of your stay abroad. In addition to the application form, you need to upload your acceptance letter or invitation to the activity you are seeking funding for. We will evaluate your application and contact you as soon as possible. If you are eligible for funding, you will then receive a grant agreement.
Upon completion of your activity abroad, the host university needs to fill in and sign a confirmation of your participation (Confirmation of Stay). Please download the document below, and return a complete and signed document to firstname.lastname@example.org at the latest 1 month after the end of your activity abroad.
If your stay abroad is of 5 days or more, and awards you with a minimum of 3 ECTS, you may be eligible for Erasmus+ funding. For more information, requirements and rates, see Erasmus+ Short Term Mobility [link to be added].
If your stay abroad is between 2 and 4 days, you may receive financial support from ECIU.
Rates: 70 EUR per day including 2 travel days, and minimum 350 EUR in total.
Please be aware that it is not possible to receive funding for an activity abroad of less than 2 days.
