The InGenious programme is aiming to prepare students for the working life and goes beyond including practical and real-life case studies in the curriculums. It also enhances the learning process for students by providing workshops and seminars focused on topics like Design Thinking, Sustainable SWOT Analysis, Soft Skills, Pitch Techniques, Business Model, and also field trips, guest speakers and mentorship from various industries. in addition, starting from fall 2023, industries are invited to offer internships to our bachelor's and master's students at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. These all creates a valuable and seamless learning experience for students and aligns with the needs of the industry. InGenious Programme helps students gain the practical skills and experiences needed to succeed in their careers while also meeting the demands of the industry. By bridging this gap, students can become better prepared for the job market, and the industry can benefit from a more skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
