From the academic year 2023/2024, non-EU/EEA citizens are required to pay tuition fees at the University of Stavanger, on the condition that the required amendment to the Norwegian Universities Act will be adopted by the Storting (the Norwegian parliament). - You are an exchange student
- You started your study programme in Norway before 2023
- You have a citizenship from EU/EEA or Switzerland
- If you have a permanent residence permit i Norway or other special connection to Norway according to the list of exceptions.
