Toddlers in European context

This course module is an tool to initiate a comparison of welcoming practices in early childhood settings in different European countries. The target group is not only trainers of future professionals, but also students in initial and in-service teacher training.

By using photos collected by the participants and those presented in the «State of the Art report» and to the posters presenting the different countries in the Toddler project, students discuss the different approaches. They will analyze the different practices that allow the reduction of inequalities, by developing hypotheses and questions.

These will be dealt with in depth in other TODDLER courses. This proposed approach allows the building of questioning for each participant so as to commit them into thought and reflection.
