that ys to say of a tenement that Richard Selyaundirr~ Goldsmyth
late hilde and the which that willam Meryfild mercer nowe holdeth
and of a Tenement that John@ long hosyer late helde and the which
that Richard hykkes nowe holdeth / and of a tenement that willam
Burstede late helde and the which that John@ Russell Talowchaundeler
nowe holdeth and of a tenement that Thomas Appelby late helde

distres for iiij marc~ a yerr~ to the said Comynalte to be payed in the
name of all the payment3 of the Comyn@ Rentes in Bristowe by the
said Priour and his Successores priores to the baillies of Bristowe for
the tyme beyng and hir Successors baillies due to be payed / and
all so xv d for langable yerly to be resseved by the said baillies for
the tyme beyng of a tenement in seint Nicholas Strete in the which
Willam Spencer merchaunt nowe dewelleth / the which Composicion@
