Organizations in the information age have more technology and more information available than ever before. However, it is still a difficult and challenging task to maximise business value through targeted use of IT and information.
This course addresses this challenge from three interconnected angles. First, we address Information Management (IM) where information is managed as a key corporate asset that has to be treated in its proper business and social context. Then, we address IT and IM Governance which is the organization and management of IT/IM and related services and functions, and finally we address the integrated information systems that are the key to business use and hence business performance and digital transformation.
