Bio

Gro Ellen Mathisen is professor in HR and organisational psychology.  She has published articles about creative work climates, creative leadership, creative self-efficacy, work place harassment, group dynamics in corporate boards of directors and psychosocial risks at work. She was the dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences from 2016 to 2020 and has seven years experience from a large oil & gas company holding advisor, leader, and manager positions within HR and HSE. Gro Ellen has extensive experience with presenting research to many types of audience.
