Bio

I am passionate about improving educational outcomes for all children and young people. I enjoy studying the systemic factors that moderate the effectiveness of social policy in different contexts, and the conditions that are necessary for the delivery of excellent and equitable educational and social outcomes. I am currently specifically focused on pre-primary education, giftedness, and gender inequality.
