Alina Meloyan

Bio
Alina is a Research Fellow in Innovation and Regional Studies at UiS Business School.
Alina holds an Erasmus+ Joint Master Degree in Research and Innovation in Higher Education (MARIHE), carried out at the consortium of universities in Austria, Finland, China and Germany. In her Master thesis she focused on the performance-based funding used in the Finnish higher education to reduce the time-to-degree issue. Alina also did another Master program in Cognitive and Gender Linguistics at Kostanay State University and a Bachelor in Teaching English & French at Kostanay State Pedagogical University, Kazakhstan.
Alina is a PhD candidate at the Department of Innovation, Management and Marketing, and she will be doing research in the intersection of innovation and higher education studies. Her supervisors are Assoc. Prof. Marte Cecilie Wilhelmsen Solheim and Prof. Rune Dahl Fitjar.
