Bio

Currently holding a position as a Post-doctoral candidate in the Resilience in healthcare project. My main task as principal investigator for the work package Collaborative learning is to develop collaborative learning activities in order to strengthen adaptive capacities in the healthcare system. In addition, I’m responsible for communication and dissemination for SHARE-Center for Resilience in Healthcare. SHARE is the largest research center in Norway investigating into quality and safety in healthcare. The center has 50 researchers affiliated and includes the partners UiS, Norwegian Air Ambulance and NTNU Gjøvik

Areas of interest in my research career involves participatory design, E-learning/Technological tools, teaching, learning, pedagogy and user involvement.
