Erik Dallakyan is a PhD candidate in Leadership at the UiS School of Business and Law, University of Stavanger, Norway. His research focuses on the further development of a more integrative leadership ontology, the intersections between design thinking and leadership, and paradoxical leadership beliefs in organizations.
