Bio

I have an academic and professional background in business and policy, with a Master in Public Affairs (MPA) from Sciences Po-Paris. I have extensive experience in policy analysis, agenda setting, business development, sales and strategy, and stakeholder engagement in the private, public, and third sectors.

I am currently doing my PhD in Political Sciences at the University of Stavanger (UiS) on risk political decision-making and digitalization. The project is at the intersection between public policy, political sciences, political psychology, and cognitive sciences. Particularly, it focuses on how politicians make decisions under risk and uncertainty with multidimensional outcomes. The project goal is to develop an analytical framework to enable decision-makers in the public and private sectors to make effective and informed decisions about important issues in key areas such as health, education, energy, finance, markets, economic growth, governance, cybersecurity, and technology.

The research is conducted in collaboration with the Norwegian Association for Local and Regional Authorities (KS) and the Stanford Psychophysiology Laboratory at Stanford University.
