Kort om meg

Jeg har studert klinisk psykologi i Colombia og Italia og har autorisasjon for å jobbe som psykolog i Norge. I tillegg har jeg en PhD i kulturpsykologi og en postdoktor i Psykisk helsearbeid fra NTNU i Norge. Jeg er også en sertifisert instruktør i Mindful Eating – Conscious Living (ME-CL) ved University of California San Diego, og har fullført nivåene 1 og 2 av ferdighetstrening for parterapeuter ved The Gottman Institute. Jeg har også fullført modul 1 og 2 av videreutdanning innenfor emosjonfokusert terapi ved NIEFT- Norsk Institutt for Emosjonsfokusert Terapi. Jeg har også lang erfaring med meditasjon og ekspressiv skriving, både i og utenfor terapirommet. I tillegg til å arbeide som psykolog, holder jeg foredrag, retreats og workshops både i Norge og utland, skriver fagbøker, fagartikler og poesi, og er engasjert i innovasjon og lederskapsutvikling. Som lærer, forsker, og psykoterapeut har jeg vært opptatt av å fremme psykisk helse i ulike kontekster, og jeg har -blant annet- fokusert i å fremme empati, medfølelsen, selvfølelsen, menneskelig forbindelse, og meningen med livet.

Mine fagområder er: kvalitative metoder, humanistisk-eksistensielt psykologi, følelser, stillhet, sorg, terapeutisk skriving, kunst og psykologi.
