Serap Keles is Professor and Research Head at the Knowledge Centre for Education (KSU) at the University of Stavanger. Her research focuses on inclusive education, sociocultural adaptation and mental health of children and adolescents, particularly those with immigrant and refugee backgrounds. Her methodological expertise lies in systematic reviews, meta-analysis, and longitudinal data analysis. 

Keles has led several large-scale systematic reviews addressing both national and international contexts and is the Editor of the Nordic Journal of Systematic Reviews in Education.
