RESEARCH INTERESTS: Early childhood science education, outdoor play and learning, early childhood sustainability education, sustainability education in teacher education

ONGOING PROJECTS:

1) Sustainability Education in Early Childhood Teacher Education
This project investigates different approaches to sustainability education in early childhood (EC) teacher education. 2) Increased outdoor time in kindergartens during the corona outbreak
The main goal of this project is to explore early childhood teachers' and parents' experiences of increased outdoor time during the corona outbreak. The project involves a case study of a kindergarten including interviews of EC teachers and a survey conducted among parents.
