Bio

I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Stavanger under the guidance of Prof. Marius Sikveland and Prof. Dengjun Zhang. My current research project aims to make a scientific contribution to three different subfields of financial performance literature: profitability analysis, bankruptcy prediction, and earnings management. I am presently analyzing the impact of the board and employee (ethnic and gender) diversity on firms' financial and ESG performance.
